John grew up a preacher's son singing and playing at his dad's church with his sister Pam. His love for music grew as well as the opportunities. In 1980, John began a full time career in music touring with christian artists such as Nancy Harmon, Steve Brock, Truth, Margaret Becker, Wayne Watson, Twila Paris, Russ Taff, Whiteheart, John Schlitt and Petra.

Playing alongside world class musicians, John was blessed to work with the best production talent in the business. These experiences sparked a new love, leading John to expand his expertise into video production, working on the production teams for Women of Faith and Angel Ministries/Anne Graham Lotts Revivals for 12 years.

In addition to his ongoing work in music and video, John leads the Worship Arts Department at Faith Tabernacle Church in Burton, Michigan. He lives in Grand Blanc with his wife Julie and daughters Alexis and Taylor.
